The things people ask on the first call

  • How quickly can you start?

    Discovery sprints usually start within two weeks of a signed scope. Full build partnerships depend on squad availability — we will tell you the honest date on the first call, not an optimistic one.

  • Do we own the code?

    Yes, entirely. All source code, infrastructure configuration and design files transfer to you. We work in your repository where possible, and hand over documentation written for a developer who has never met us.

  • How do you price work?

    Discovery is a fixed fee. Build work is a monthly squad rate so scope can flex without renegotiating a contract every time we learn something. Care and growth retainers are monthly and rolling. You get a written cost range before anything starts.

  • Can you work with our existing team?

    Often that is the best setup. We embed alongside your developers, follow your conventions, and review each other's pull requests. We would rather leave your team stronger than make them dependent on us.

  • What if we already have a product that needs fixing?

    We start with an audit rather than a rebuild pitch. Sometimes the answer is a rewrite; more often it is targeted work on performance, architecture or conversion. We will show you the evidence either way.

  • Where is your team based?

    We are remote-first and headquartered in India, working across UK, EU, US and APAC time zones. Every engagement has overlap hours agreed up front so you are never waiting a day for an answer.
