About the role
You will join the team that runs growth for Iryst and for the businesses we build software for. The work covers search, paid media and social, and it is judged on leads and revenue, not on impressions.
It is a hands-on role for someone with about a year of real campaign experience who wants to get properly good at it. You will work directly with the people who build the websites, so when a landing page or a tracking tag needs changing, the fix is a conversation, not a ticket to another agency.
What you will do
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns within agreed budgets
- Carry out on-page and technical SEO: keyword research, content briefs, internal linking and Search Console monitoring
- Run organic social for Iryst and client brands on LinkedIn and Instagram, with a content calendar
- Set up and check conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Build weekly and monthly reports that explain what changed and why, not just the numbers
- Keep Google Business Profiles and local listings accurate for clients with a physical presence
- Brief designers and writers, and check that every campaign lands on a page that can convert
What you will bring
- At least one year of hands-on digital marketing work, at an agency or in-house
- Campaigns you ran yourself in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager, with results you can talk through
- Working knowledge of SEO basics and Google Search Console
- Comfort with GA4, and with spreadsheets for reporting
- Clear written English, for ad copy, client updates and reports
- Able to work from our Noida office (Sector 2)
Good to have
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certification
- Experience with B2B lead generation or LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress or basic HTML
- Experience with Looker Studio dashboards
